Regulators and Licensing Bodies

  • Acting as prosecution counsel in discipline, incompetence, and fitness to practise hearings;
  • Providing advice to screening committees on complaints and investigations;
  • Acting as prosecution counsel in Provincial Offence Act prosecutions against unauthorized practitioners;
